Rapper #Nelly was caught on tape recently for his part in a casino argument. The incident took place at Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut earlier this month. He can be seen on #TMZ arguing at a #TexasHoldem poker table with another player. Later, the heated discussion spills over to the table’s pit boss. Nelly apparently had an issue with how the one person at the table was playing his hands. He must have let him know about those feelings to start the heated discussion. That player took his chips and left the table. Nelly remained so it appears that the casino did not react to his outburst.

A group of investors decided to sue #MGMGrandDetroit for negligence in more than $6 million in gambling losses. They first trusted that money to Gino Accettola. The contractor was given the funds to complete construction projects in Michigan and Florida. Instead, he decided to gamble the money at the casino. The original lawsuit in Wayne County Circuit ruled in favor of the casino. Recently, a three-judge panel in Michigan’s Court of Appeals upheld the decision. Accettola is currently serving a seven to 30-year jail term for various financial crimes. His gambling problem was first revealed at his original trial a few years back.
